Behavior Management Strategies Part 1

This course is designed to provide educators and instructors with practical, research-based strategies to effectively manage and enhance children's behavior in class, focusing on ages 3 to 6. You'll gain an in-depth understanding of the three key factors that influence behavior: curriculum, instruction, and brain integration.

The course highlights how to create a more engaging and structured learning environment by:
- Crafting a curriculum that is both challenging and captivating.
- Utilizing effective instructional methods that foster behavior by desire rather than fear.
- Understanding brain integration to re-engage students who struggle with focus or attention.

Additionally, you’ll learn specific, actionable tips for managing common behavior challenges in 3 to 6-year-olds, such as dealing with over-excitement, interruptions, and talkativeness. Each tip is designed to build children's confidence and create a positive classroom atmosphere through prompting, modeling, redirection, and positive reinforcement.

By the end of this course, you will be equipped with essential tools to foster a supportive and well-behaved class environment, all while promoting the developmental needs of young children.

Target Audience:
This course is ideal for educators, martial arts instructors, coaches, and anyone who works with young children ages 3 to 6.
